• For your comfort we recommend max. 2 adults and 2 small children.

• The kitchenette area is equipped with stove top cooking, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and table with chairs.

• A private bathroom with 36" shower unit.

• A screened porch with 4 chairs and a table.

• It has separate bedroom with a queen bed. A/C & heat

• The main room in the cottage has a Full sofa bed and sitting chair with a 25" color cable TV, alarm clock, window A/C, heating and ceiling fan.

• There is a BBQ grill and picnic table outside each cottage.

• The overall dimensions of the cottage are 20ft. by 20ft. with 8ft. ceilings and is situated approx. 66ft back from State Rd. 3 which has been designated as a Scenic Byway by the state of Maine.

• Our cottages are situated about 30-40 yards apart

• Please use the designated parking spot in the 2nd driveway - see map given at check in.

• Please Do not drive on the grass, as it breaks our water lines.

• Addl' guest car parking please use the extra parking outlined on the map at the entrance of the property.
