Long before Bar Harbor became one of the most popular vacation destinations on
the East Coast, our town was known simply as "Eden". Defined as a "Paradise" or "Place of pristine or abundant natural beauty", Acadia's visitors agree that Eden (or Bar Harbor, as it is now known) is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Eden Village Motel & Cottages is located in Bar Harbor, on Mount Desert Island. We are merely 4 miles from the main entrance to Acadia National Park and 7 miles from the town center in Bar Harbor, Maine. Eden Village Motel & Cottages is comprised of 11 Cottages and a 10 unit Motel.

Our Bar Harbor Motel & Cottages are set upon 24 acres of naturally landscaped property. The property features its own private pond with free pedal boats, fishing, basketball, a playground and a private 1 mile nature walk. Among the unique amenities in Eden Village are our Cottages.  

Each Cottage is different and can accommodate between 1- 8 guests.

Cottages 1-6 & 8-10 have a working fireplaces, all have their own kitchen. 

Grills are available on property.

We have 10 motel rooms.

#25 & 26offer a 2nd bedroom option,

(a total of 3 full beds),

#30 offers a King bed,

 #'s 24 & 27- 29 offer 2 Full Beds.

#'s 21/22/23 have 2 Queen Beds

There are kitchenette options and a beautiful back porch area to enjoy. NO Pets in the Motel

Only 4 Cottages are pet-friendly.

Check in at 3 pm.

Check out at 10 am

 1 night stays pd in full

& 50% deposit required to

secure dates on 2 nights plus stays

Strict 14 day cancellation policy.

$45 for 1-2 day stays & $75 for 3 plus days stay pet security deposit, clean bill of pet health verification and a $20 p/nt per Pet fee for the duration of the stay will be added for those rooms that are pet friendly.
