Please fill out the email reservation form below and return ASAP. Once we have received your completed form we can hold the reservation for 1 week to allow adequate time for your deposit to arrive. You have been quoted our lowest available rate. All deposits must be made by check unless otherwise specified. The balance can be paid with cash, traveler's check or a money order. Credit cards are accepted for payment of stays based on nightly rates only. You may also pay by personal check as long as it received at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. Your deposit should be sent to Eden Village c/o Bob or Gail Allen to the addresses below.

Upon receipt of your deposit we will forward you a confirmation. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

If for any reason you must cancel your reservation after we have received your deposit and confirmed your reservation your deposit will be returned in accordance with the following conditions:

Motel Rooms (not including efficiencies): We must be notified at least 72hrs. prior to 3:30 PM of the date your reservation would start. to receive a full refund less a $20 processing fee.

Any single night stay must be rented to another party.

Any reservation at a weekly rate. We must have FOUR WEEKS written notice and your stay must begin or end on a Saturday or Sunday.

Any cottage or motel room kitchenette stay that begins on a day other than a Saturday or Sunday for any period of time must be rented to another party.

Any cancellation of a reservation consisting of more than 1 unit or in our Honeymoon Cottage would have to be rented to another party.

Any reservation of a cottage, motel kitchenette or 2 room motel unit of less than a week would have to be rented to another party.

ANY REFUND IS SUBJECT TO A $20 PROCESSING FEE AND ANY LOSS OF INCOME TO EDEN VILLAGE.

Any changes to your reservation would constitute a cancellation unless approved in advance by Eden Village.
