1-4 person, 3 room unit with fireplace

Sleeps up to four (4) persons (including children) and features:
A kitchenette with stove top cooking, toaster, coffee maker, under the counter refrigerator, microwave oven, drop leaf table/4 chairs, pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
A private bathroom (6ft. x 7ft.) with 32"shower unit.
A sun porch with 4 chairs and a table.
The main room of the cottage has a full size sofa, coffee table, color cable TV, ceiling fan, fireplace (cottages also have electric heat) and hardwood floors .
The cottage has one small room with a double bed and a third room with a queen bed and additional cable TV .
There is a BBQ grill and picnic table outside each cottage.
It is located approximately 85 ft. back from State Rd. 3 which has been designated as a Scenic Byway by the state of Maine.

The overall dimensions of the cottage is 43ft. by 17ft. with 8 ft. ceilings.
