Typical Kitchenette

Our 1-4 person, 3 room cottage consists of the following:

The maximum number of people including children allowed in this cottage is 4.  It has a kitchenette with stove top cooking, counter top oven, toaster, coffee maker, under the counter refrig., microwave oven, drop leaf table/4 chairs, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. A private bathroom (6ft. x 7ft.) with 32"shower unit. A large screened porch with 4 chairs and a table. The main room of the cottage has a full size sofa, coffee table, color cable TV, ceiling fan, fireplace (cottages also have electric heat) and hardwood floors .  The cottage has one small room with a double bed  a third room with a queen bed and additional cable TV.  There is a BBQ grill and picnic table outside each cottage. This cottage sets approx. 85ft. back from  State Rd. 3 which has been designated as a Scenic Byway by the state of  Maine.  Our cottages are 30-40 yards apart. It has a nice view and easy access to our private pond. You can park your car next to the cottage. The overall dimensions of the cottage is 42ft. by 17ft. with 8 ft. ceilings.
