Cottage #1 is a 1-4 person, 2 room with sun porch unit and consists of the following:

The maximum number of people including children allowed in this cottage is 4. It has a kitchenette with stove top cooking, counter top oven, toaster, coffee maker, under the counter refrig., microwave oven, drop leaf table/4 chairs, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. A private bathroom (6ft. x 7ft.) with 32"shower unit. A sun porch with 4 chairs and a table. The main room of the cottage has a queen bed, sitting chairs, cable TV, clock radio, hardwood floors, fireplace, (cottage also has electric heat) and ceiling fan.  The second room in the cottage has 2 twin beds and another cable TV and ceiling fan.  There is a BBQ grill and picnic table outside each cottage. Cottage #1 is our most economical multi-room cottage with a fireplace. It is located approx. 100 ft. back from State Rd. 3 which has been designated as a Scenic Byway by the state of  Maine.  Vehicle parking is approx. 100 ft. from the cottage. We will be glad to  give you a hand when unloading or you are welcome to use one of our golf carts. The overall dimensions of the cottage is 30ft. by 17ft. with 8 ft. ceilings.
